My requested institution is not in the list.

If your institution is not in the list, make sure it isn’t there with a slightly other name:

• Make sure you got the right spelling
• Try parts of the name, for example: “technical university and select “The Technical University of Kenya”.
• Try the abbreviation of your institution. Still not in the list, no problem. You can create a new institution. Select 'I am connected to another institution'.

You can only register if you are connected to an institution.

VLIR-UOS connects people and institutions (mostly Higher Education Institutions). Only people who are connected to certain institutions can subscribe. If you are not connected to an institution, our database is not the place to be for you.
